Privacy notice

How Cloud Scheduler Grid handles contact details and professional-engagement information under South African privacy requirements.

Responsible party

Cloud Scheduler Grid is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website. Contact us at info@cloudschedulergrid.digital, +27 11 555 5360, or Level 10, 29 Maude Street, Sandton, Johannesburg 2196.

Information we collect

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, selected service, optional transaction-volume description and message. We also receive ordinary server logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamp for security and operation. Please do not enter applicant identity data, banking information or confidential audit records in the form.

If an engagement proceeds, we handle authorised business contact details and the records specified in the engagement letter. Audit-data safeguards and access are agreed separately.

We use information to answer enquiries, assess and administer possible engagements, meet legal and professional obligations, secure the site, keep business records and establish or defend legal claims. Processing is based, as applicable, on consent, steps requested before contracting, performance of a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests that do not unjustifiably override your rights.

We do not sell personal information or use enquiry details for unrelated bulk marketing.

Recipients and international transfers

Information may be available to authorised personnel and carefully selected hosting, email, security, professional-advisory or document-service providers under appropriate duties. Some providers may process data outside South Africa. Where information crosses borders, we use a lawful transfer basis and require protections consistent with applicable South African requirements.

Retention and security

Unsuccessful enquiry records are normally deleted or de-identified within 24 months unless law, a dispute or a documented business need requires longer. Engagement and financial records are retained for the period required by law, professional duties and the contract. We use access control, secure transfer arrangements, backups and disposal procedures proportionate to the information, but no internet transmission is risk-free.

Your rights

Subject to lawful limits, you may ask whether we hold your information, request access or correction, object to certain processing, request deletion where retention is not required, or withdraw consent for future consent-based processing. You may also complain to South Africa’s Information Regulator. We may need to verify identity before acting.

Cookies and updates

Our cookie choices are explained in the cookie notice. We may update this notice as practices or law change and will show the new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted where reasonably practical.
