Effective 15 August 2026
Terms of use
The conditions that apply when you visit this website or enquire about Cloud Scheduler Grid's financial audit services.
Acceptance and website purpose
By using this website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. The website provides general information about financial audit, application fee reconciliation and related professional services. It does not itself create an auditor-client relationship, constitute a statutory audit opinion, or give legal, tax or accounting advice for your circumstances.
Enquiries and engagements
Submitting an enquiry is not acceptance of an engagement. Work begins only after conflict and acceptance procedures are complete, both parties sign an engagement letter, and any required deposit is received. The engagement letter governs if it conflicts with these website terms.
You must not submit applicant identity numbers, bank credentials, payment-card details or confidential source records through the contact form. Information you provide must be lawful, accurate and supplied with authority.
Intellectual property
Cloud Scheduler Grid owns or licenses the site design, text, graphics and trade identifiers. You may print a reasonable portion for internal reference. You may not republish, sell, remove attribution from or systematically reproduce site material without written permission. Client records and pre-existing client materials remain subject to the engagement letter.
Responsible use
You may not interfere with site operation, probe security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, harvest contact information or use the site unlawfully. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the site or others.
Availability and third-party material
We aim to keep information accurate and the site available, but do not warrant uninterrupted access or that general material is complete for every licensing environment. External image and link providers control their own content and availability.
Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, Cloud Scheduler Grid is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general website content or temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or gross negligence. Liability for accepted professional work is governed by the signed engagement letter.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties submit disputes relating to website use to the competent South African courts, without limiting any mandatory consumer or other statutory right.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively and will change the effective date above. Questions may be sent to info@cloudschedulergrid.digital.
